Pentingnya menerapkan nilai-nilai islami dalam pembentukan <br>karakter unggul generasi z di era globalisasi menjadi inti penelitian ini. <br>Pendekatan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literature, yang <br>bertujuan untuk memperkuat pemahaman tentang penerapan nilai-nilai <br>islami. Temuan penelitian menujukkan bahwa nilai-nilai islami memberikan <br>pedoman moral yang kuat dalam menghadapi tantangan etika di era digital <br>dan pluralistic. The article addresses the problems of neglect, misuse, and educational misemployment in situations and events, and their effect on the future of youth and civilization of nations.</p> <p>Education through situations and events has been a traditional and contemporary method of education, proven to have a strong impact on youth in the long, medium, and sometimes immediate term.</p> <p>The study distinguishes between levels of situations and events based on their cognitive, historical, and cultural content, and the achievements they strive to realize in terms of of ethics and values. This research aims to determine the implementation of the project play the role of Islamic religious education and character to improve motivation to learn tolerance material for class XI 10 at SMAN 1 Sungailiat. </em></p> <p><em>This research is a type of experimental research using PreExperimental Design with a One-Group Pretest-Posttest design model Design. The sample in this research was students of class XI 10 at SMAN 1 Sungaliat. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire or questionnaire. The data in this research is instrument test analysis and analysis validity of the research object. </em></p> <p><em>The research results can be concluded by researchers that the scores obtained from the results pre-test before being given treatment, namely with an average value of 69.03 and the post-test obtained a score with an average value of 81.94. Obtained mean value The pre-test and post-test showed that there was an increase after being given it role playing project. This conclusion is also proven by the t-test hypothesis test using the paired sample test formula, a significant value of tcount &gt; ttable, namely 13.555 &gt; 2.045 and the Sig value. Komunikasi yang efektif adalah <br>komunikasi yang dapat mengubah sikap orang lain selama proses <br>berlangsung. Dalam penulisan artikel ini, terdapat tiga artikel yang digunakan <br>sebagai sumber untuk tinjauan literatur sistematis dan relevan dengan topik <br>yang akan dibahas, yaitu implementasi komunikasi efektif dalam pendidikan <br>Islam. Tiga persyaratan utamanya adalah: pesan yang disampaikan harus <br>dapat diterima dan dimengerti dengan baik oleh penerima sesuai dengan apa <br>yang dikatakan oleh pengirim pesan, adanya usaha untuk menindaklanjuti <br>dengan tindakan secara sukarela, dan kemampuan untuk meningkatkan <br>hubungan antarpribadi. Dua bentuk komunikasi yang efektif antara lain <br>adalah: Komunikasi Verbal dan Komunikasi Non-Verbal. Syarat untuk <br>komunikasi yang efektif mencakup prinsip hukum seperti Respect, Empathy, <br>Audible, Calrity, dan Humble. Menggunakan komunikasi yang efektif dalam <br>pendidikan Islam dapat memfasilitasi proses belajar dan menciptakan suasana <br>yang nyaman bagi siswa.
