<p>Generasi Z dihadapkan pada berbagai pengaruh yang berpotensi membentuk <br>karakter mereka karena kemajuan teknologi dan akses informasi yang tidak <br>terbatas. Pentingnya menerapkan nilai-nilai islami dalam pembentukan <br>karakter unggul generasi z di era globalisasi menjadi inti penelitian ini. <br>Pendekatan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literature, yang <br>bertujuan untuk memperkuat pemahaman tentang penerapan nilai-nilai <br>islami. Temuan penelitian menujukkan bahwa nilai-nilai islami memberikan <br>pedoman moral yang kuat dalam menghadapi tantangan etika di era digital <br>dan pluralistic. Hal ini membantu membentuk karakter yang kokoh dan stabil <br>pada generasi Z.</p> <p>Generation Z is confronted with various influences that have the potential to shape their character due to technological advancements and unlimited access to information. The importance of implementing Islamic values ​​in shaping the outstanding character of Generation Z in the era of globalization is the core of this research. The approach taken in this study is a literature review, aimed at strengthening the understanding of the application of Islamic values. The research findings indicate that Islamic values provide strong moral guidance in facing ethical challenges in the digital and pluralistic era. This helps to shape a strong and stable character in Generation Z.</p>

<p>The article begins with the importance of educational action and its necessity for the continuity and the quality of human life in the present and future. It highlights the types of educational actions, their various methods, and their reflection on the personality and behavior of educators. The article addresses the problems of neglect, misuse, and educational misemployment in situations and events, and their effect on the future of youth and civilization of nations.</p> <p>Education through situations and events has been a traditional and contemporary method of education, proven to have a strong impact on youth in the long, medium, and sometimes immediate term.</p> <p>The study distinguishes between levels of situations and events based on their cognitive, historical, and cultural content, and the achievements they strive to realize in terms of of ethics and values. It categorizes them as ordinary situations experienced by the public, infrequent occurrences, specific national events, or religious events characterized by general acceptance and consensus.</p> <p>The study emphasizes measuring the importance of situations and events and their impact on youth, planning ways to introduce and utilize them in education beyond coercive methods, fostering genuine human influence.</p> <p>In this context, the study proposes educational approaches and methods to activate the roles of this educational style.</p>

<p><em>The background of this research is when educators are still learning using lecture and assignment methods, as well as P5 activities on independent curriculum. This research aims to determine the implementation of the project play the role of Islamic religious education and character to improve motivation to learn tolerance material for class XI 10 at SMAN 1 Sungailiat. </em></p> <p><em>This research is a type of experimental research using PreExperimental Design with a One-Group Pretest-Posttest design model Design. The sample in this research was students of class XI 10 at SMAN 1 Sungaliat. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire or questionnaire. The data in this research is instrument test analysis and analysis validity of the research object. </em></p> <p><em>The research results can be concluded by researchers that the scores obtained from the results pre-test before being given treatment, namely with an average value of 69.03 and the post-test obtained a score with an average value of 81.94. Obtained mean value The pre-test and post-test showed that there was an increase after being given it role playing project. This conclusion is also proven by the t-test hypothesis test using the paired sample test formula, a significant value of tcount &gt; ttable, namely 13.555 &gt; 2.045 and the Sig value. (2-tailed) of 0.000 &lt; 0.05 then it can be said that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, thus it is concluded there are differences in the results of the pre-test and post-test in the experimental class.</em></p>

<p>Peran penting Pendidikan Islam terletak pada pembentukan generasi yang memiliki karakter dan daya saing Islami yang kuat. Kesuksesan lembaga pendidikan Islam dalam mencapai visi dan misi mereka sangat dipengaruhi oleh keselarasan antara struktur organisasi yang efisien dan budaya organisasi yang didasarkan pada nilai-nilai Islam. Struktur organisasi yang tersusun dengan baik memberikan landasan yang solid untuk kelancaran dalam menjalankan fungsi manajerial. Di sisi lain, budaya organisasi Islam memastikan bahwa nilai-nilai seperti keadilan, kepercayaan, serta sopan santun senantiasa menjadi landasan dalam semua aktivitas yang dilakukan. Artikel ini mengangkat pentingnya integrasi kedua aspek tersebut untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung, dengan menekankan strategi implementasi seperti penguatan kepemimpinan berbasis Islam, internalisasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam kebijakan organisasi, dan pengembangan budaya kerja yang sejalan dengan prinsip syariah. Selain itu, artikel ini mengidentifikasi tantangan yang sering dihadapi dalam menyelaraskan struktur dan budaya organisasi serta menawarkan solusi praktis untuk memastikan visi dan misi pendidikan Islam dapat tercapai secara efektif, relevan, dan berkelanjutan.</p>

<p>Keberhasilan dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan sangat bergantung pada <br>efektivitas komunikasi dalam lingkungan pendidikan di sekolah antara siswa <br>dan guru atau antar sesama siswa. Komunikasi yang efektif adalah <br>komunikasi yang dapat mengubah sikap orang lain selama proses <br>berlangsung. Dalam penulisan artikel ini, terdapat tiga artikel yang digunakan <br>sebagai sumber untuk tinjauan literatur sistematis dan relevan dengan topik <br>yang akan dibahas, yaitu implementasi komunikasi efektif dalam pendidikan <br>Islam. Tiga persyaratan utamanya adalah: pesan yang disampaikan harus <br>dapat diterima dan dimengerti dengan baik oleh penerima sesuai dengan apa <br>yang dikatakan oleh pengirim pesan, adanya usaha untuk menindaklanjuti <br>dengan tindakan secara sukarela, dan kemampuan untuk meningkatkan <br>hubungan antarpribadi. Dua bentuk komunikasi yang efektif antara lain <br>adalah: Komunikasi Verbal dan Komunikasi Non-Verbal. Syarat untuk <br>komunikasi yang efektif mencakup prinsip hukum seperti Respect, Empathy, <br>Audible, Calrity, dan Humble. Menggunakan komunikasi yang efektif dalam <br>pendidikan Islam dapat memfasilitasi proses belajar dan menciptakan suasana <br>yang nyaman bagi siswa. Oleh karena itu, penerapan komunikasi yang efektif <br>dalam pendidikan Islam dengan baik dapat memberikan dampak positif dalam <br>proses pendidikan.</p>
